Refund Policy for Your Carved Wood Art

1. Warranty, Exchange, and Return Instructions

All products intended for personal use are not eligible for warranty or exchange services.

For products not intended for personal use, a free warranty and exchange service is available within 100 days from the date of shipment. The warranty for your wood carving is limited to manufacturing defects inherent to the product itself; other types of damage are not covered.

To initiate a claim, please send photos of the defective product along with your proof of purchase to support@carvwood.com. Our customer service team will review your situation and respond as quickly as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for all related shipping costs. In the event of any dispute, Carvwood reserves the right of final interpretation.

Additionally, you may return your wooden figurines or other items within 100 calendar days of receiving them for a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return. We want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of carved wood art you purchase from us.

2. Procedure for Lost Packages

If your package containing our hand carved wooden animals is lost, please contact us immediately by sending an email to support@carvwood.com.

It is important to note that while our team will do our best to assist you in locating your order, Carvwood is not responsible for packages that are lost during the transit process.

Return & Refund Timeline

You have 100 calendar days from the date of receiving your wooden figurines to initiate a return or warranty claim. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
